I am excite. Will be the second time I’ve been. We don’t have a lot of money so this is the perfect holiday. Camp for free, £20 a day into the grounds and £26 return train ticket. The heatwave the UK is getting at the moment will probably make things a little uncomfortable though...

Supposed to hit 35C actually haha. Bring used to the weather here means 35 is a struggle.

Haha I start working at next, revising for the hardest exams of my life (second attempt) and applying for engineering work when I get back, if that makes you feel any better.

We just suffered some of that here. Much over 20C and I start melting. At 35C all you can do is huddle in air conditioned spaces until it passes.

Thats awesome! Someday I’ll make it over there. I’ve been to the US Open plenty of times cuz I live in PA and my Dad always takes me. Sadly I couldn’t go this past year cuz college starts earlier than normal school. You’ll have to let us know who you see play!

Thanks, I’d highly reccomend it if you get the chance it’s a fun few days out. I can’t afford to go on the show courts (centre is £80 against £20 for the outdoor courts) but I still get to see a few high seeded players. Some excellent doubles matches too.
I’d like to see the US open too likes, I’ve only ever got to go to wimbledon.
